SIR active members, upon reaching the age of 90, are entitled to be awarded the Senior SIR Certificate. Elwood has been a SIR since 1990 and is an active SIR Bowler, Bridge player, has an excellent attendance record for all SIR monthly luncheons, and is an inspiration to us all. Congratulations Elwood!!
